Wayne said he would come to see the job the following week. By Thursday I had not heard from him so I contacted him to ask if he was indeed coming this week. We agreed he would come on the friday after 1pm. He arrived at 3.30pm and apoligised for being late. He said he would email thw quote that day or the next. On Monday I hadn't received it so I contacted him and asked for the quote. It was emailed through that afternoon. The quote was $600 more than another quote for the same works.
